well first month i didnt do even 5 pull ups ... lo .. and i didnt been in gym i did it alone without nothing just i do it for myslef and no1 help me in it JUST NO GYM NO STEROIDS NOTHING xD3 moths with diet and good workout plan...

Thats why you have so little progress. You need to weight train.
