MonkeyIsland, my friend, I know your english is terrible and your understanding of society limited. However, in real life, people attack and humiliate others without the use of a single bad word. They even go to war with lengthy politeness. You can't base the whole moderation philosophy of a community based on the use of bad words and your struggle with sarcasm and irony. hey dude, he was also german but not this shark from w:a. pbSh4rk from wwp played w:a aswell for a short period although he changed his nick since he noticed there was a shark already (can't remember which nick though)

Nakra was the first real pro-eliter, one who actually had a plan and executed it with deadly precision.
All good eliters nowadays can only try to match that, not go beyond.

I'm not talking down about elite legend, but the skill-level is totally different nowadays when talking about the top level eliters compared to old days where a man with the masterplan was rare sight to see in elite game.

You think it's better now than in Nakra's days?

Like I said, the masterplan came with gigaliga and Nakra. There hasn't been a significant development in elite-playing since.

There's way more players nowadays that have "cracked the code" than there was in nakra's era, hence the tactical level nakra has - isn't anything special nowadays, meaning I doubt nakra would dominate so badly he dominated back then. Same story with DOPE and MPH, they were considered as legends also because there were only so few that had elite mastered tactic-wise.

All IMO ofcourse.

I dont doubt that he's a skilled player (if you say so), but I hate it when oldschoolers idolise older players to the extent where they believe they are gods and no other player will ever reach the same level, BULLSHIT!

So he had a plan did he? Put it into action did he? Isnt that the point of a turn based strategy? To have a plan and put it into action?

There are more skilled elite players now than there were "back in the day".
