Team17 has announced Worms World Party Remastered

T17 will never see any money from me anymore.
When Worms Reloaded came out I bought it blindly without checking any rewievs, cause well f@#! it it was 2d and I was realy hyped about it.
But that huge pile of crapshit game, resistence to community feedback and the inability to fix striking bugs destroyed my trust in T17 forever

Instead of rereleasing a game with a community, WA, they rerelease a game that was a shitty cashgrab of WA to begin with. Its a cashgrab of a 10 year old cashgrab. Screw t17 they are so out of touch its unbelieveable. Please don't support this bullshit, people. It sets a terrible prescedent.

Wow, I had a moment there feeling very sad for Team17 after seeing how much negative views/comments they got, and that's just in a few fays for 1 game...

If I worked at Team17 and worked on this game i'd feel so bad...

It must suck to have all your latest work ridiculed and criticized so often and forever be compared to something you released over 16 years ago...

But on the other hand, that's their own fault I guess.

i just wonder why they released a buggy version, shouldn't be rocket science to create a working clone of their own game

actually our community is pretty funny, first we cried about 3d worms and they went back to 2d. then we cried about the physics not being like in wa and they released a remastered version of wa physics. you can blame them for their execution but not for their decisions.

Yeah, and the sounds sound pretty decent, but the game is impossible to play without it crashing. They should make a patch...
