Like darts, but replace drill with 0 sec nade. Rubberworm required (for /fuseex).
Low grav optional.

What power is nade set to? Saying that, could easily change power of grenade for higher/lower distances?

I asked same thing while testing last night.
For some maps, nades should be on minimum I guess. For example Super Mario throws.

As far as I have gathered, Blast Darts carries the same rules as classic darts.

We debated a little bit if LG should be mandatory or not, because it was argued that without LG it would be a lot easier. So we came to an understanding it wasn't truly the case because we tested this out. For example, I was very bad at LG, but without I was surprisingly better- And the other person had the opposite effect, he was better with LG. Although these tests may be a bit premature for a final verdict but that's how I look at it so far.

From 1st impressions doing it without LG seems 100x easier than doing it with LG, which makes me wonder if both are required why not make it LG mandatory like normal Darts?

I see cup as a good way to introduce wormers to this scheme.
"LG only" looks too hard to play and needs some mastering.
That would not be fun to guys who just wanna try it out and compete a bit.

My opinion is - it should be optional.

I wouldn't say LG looks too hard as much as not using LG looks too easy lol.

Really, even Twilight Twin can hit the board pretty much every shot without LG

I have an idea then, you host a "fun" cup with Blast Darts, and i'll host a "competitive" cup with Blast Darts, that way we're both happy and people can both enjoy it for the simple fun and the skill it takes

Why would it cause any problems lol? Just move slower so it has less effect, even on the smallest map Mini Arch It, which I just tested, it's fine lol.

Or change the scheme so LG is less powerful? Or make Blast Dart maps for LG (Longer Range, looks more fun )

Optional sounds fun, but i'll opt out cuz I take Darts much more serious than you do, but maybe it'd be best to play around with different settings and stuff like I said above before hosting a cup?

I mean right now, it's basically just the same thing as normal Darts, just a different way of throwing, with LG the throws are longer I was planning to make a few maps to take advantage of this, rather than just have the same thing, because it's fun right now but people won't take it seriously for long unless it has some uniqueness more than just a different style of throw.

Or maybe I should just stay away from Blast Darts, I know SiD was like "wtf happened to my scheme" after me Alien and Hurz made a bunch of changes and rules, i'd rather not piss him off by trying to make this a serious scheme too
