:: FORT SCHEME ::
« on: June 11, 2011, 07:35 PM »
Well, I like FORT and I know I could pick it in Free league...
However, I hate almost every other schemes in Free league and it's much harder to find one.
I believe it's a strategy scheme (position, bng skills etc) and it would fit very well in classic...

What do you think?!  :)

Yeah revamp the current Fort scheme to make it faster-paced, make clear rules on the map size (there are HUGE Fort maps which would take literally hours to finish) and I'd love it. :)
I remember knowing who it was but dont remember exactly what I knew

Well, hysteria isn't a "classic" scheme either... When I left worms 5 years ago it wasn't even existing!
Also, forts would become much more popular by adding it to classic.
And it's a good option for those who like to throw but not just nade/zook and don't wanna stay "static"!

Good point Dark, just like every other scheme, you insert it as a TUS official fort scheme, making the rules clear and don't accept big forts maps, just like big rrs arent allowed!

Forts was actually around before BnG(I think...), I vote yes, I love Forts :)

Great idea Spaaz, +1

Actually I have an idea too, why don't we try and replace BnG with Forts in Classic? That way it'd still be balanced default/rope? Or you think that's a stupid idea?

Good input, Komo. Just replace bng with fort.

+ There is a clear area for both teams. No "to close teleport is possible".
+ Doing it without rules makes talking about "lame", "notching", "repeating" etc, useless.
+ No static positions which makes the scheme open for tactics.

I'd love this idea, cause "tus bng" just suxx and for me there is no real satisfaction in it ;d

Fort is cool, so as simple as that: yes I'd like to have it in tus scheme in order to play it more often in a serious level :)
