My laptop pretty much can't stand the difficulty anymore, so I just went ahead last Friday and bought 65k more doges for $25. I now wish I had spent, like, $2000 ;D
Wonder what will happen with the price in the next few days. Some guys have been reportedly toying with the exchange rate today, trying to get the market moving. Looks like they had succeded, after some major turbulences the growth seems to be pretty stable again:

Has anyone kept them all this time? June's boom on crypto-currencies blew to the moon most of  altcoins including doge which is now 10 times more expensive since this topic was open

gotta agree, the idea of using your name as a nickname is undeniably brilliant. especially when it's so unique it's the seventh most popular name in poland.

if you ever have a son or daughter, i recommend calling them maciej, you may ask: did you just recommend calling daughter maciej?. not just that, i also recommend teaching her fr technique

okay, this thing is worth discussing
http://www.esports-pro.com/articles/games/how-team17-plans-to-bring-worms-into-the-world-of-esports

"I think the latest version that we have developed, Worms WMD, is a really good jumping off point for Worms becoming an eSport. If you look at the user reviews on Steam one of the top rated ones has the first line "thumbs up for Worms becoming an eSport" and that made me really really happy, because it means that there is a chance that we can actually explore something, that we can do something with Worms."

what's interesting here, the guy says that worms is competitive enough for esports, and team17 need to discuss these possibilities with the fanbase.. yet, he's ignoring w:a which is significant source of information about competitve play in worms as its the only team17 game that lasts for so long, right? still, devs used W:A mechanics as the basement for the WMD development, perhaps they could do the same for the game fanbase? Maybe the whole interview was an attempt to drag our attention? The guy is clearly aware of oxygen meme. Or maybe it's just a pathetic attempt to popularize the game in order to increase the sales of the game series? eSports now has millions of dollars in turnover, and it makes studios dip their game series in eSports arena just to earn more, like whats happening with gran turismo

a person is able to do everything alone until he hits a physical limit, which in case of game development is only one: voice acting of the opposite sex (physical abilities vary from person to person ofc)

why is everyone so motivated about this shit xd

yeah musicians use worms samples quite often, especially holy hand grenade sound which is now kinda iconic

Gaming Central / Re: Any1 has VR?

I recommend to wait at least for Q4 2017 when vr market will grow fat, currently there is oculus and vive, both quite overpriced, once other big competitors release their headsets prices will drop and vive will release htc vive2 to save position in the market. The only thing worth buying in vr world  in case you already have ps4 currently is PS VR which is pretty cheap (399$ comparing to $600 oculus and $800 vive), as bonus you can connect ps vr headset to your PC (it'll emulate work of oculus)
Why not oculus or vive?
1. There is not much soft except some demos, you gotta wait as big devs only beginning to optimize their games for vr, as currently happening with asseto corsa or fallout4
2. Setting up vive vr room is pain in the ass. And oculus didnt even have that stuff with tracking in 360 or controllers (they just put xbox controller) like vive , until they released oculus touch (shit you have to buy in addition to your oculus rift, to get simillar expirience that you get from vive directly out of the box, which makes overall price even higher and setup even harder comparing to vive
3. price. 800$. We're not talking about shit like google cardboard now, which isnt really a "virtual reality" thing, it just lets you watch stuff in 360 degrees without tracking

talking about porn, the situation here is the same. people made some 360 porn videos, but you don't need a vive or oculus to watch it, 2$ google cardboard (or better alternative) is enough. Sure, It'll be the next level of porn comparing to experience you get from monitor, but its far away from real VR too. Future of VR porn - games, as they're the only thing that can use benefits of tracking, thing that makes VR so believable. That's it, "Summer Lesson" is currently the game with biggest sales on Playstation VR. What this game is.. is just dating simulator with anime girls in it

yeah, oldschool posts about the past isn't new to tus, what's new is newcomers now being rude to oldies.

there was so much talk about past because people actually enjoyed to read it, everybody wanted to feel themselve oldschool and tried to figure out how the things went back in the old days.  now its simillar to late W:WP, join ag and hope for a random play, no more players or clans considered to be "cool"

tus is the last reason community didnt fell apart yet, and yet you want tus to fall apart, its funny because everyone iis in the very same boat
ye sthis post sucks f@#! me

checkk out Andrew B. Myers art, he's making bna maps for years

in fact, they are superior to most of the bna maps

now it's a time for a little trick that turns his work into playable maps.
