My idea was to fund a part of seasonal 200$ prize pot so that we could have money prizes as long as possible (assuming some other guys donate as well).. If MI and obscure can keep spending 100$ each season, you can as well add my dollars to the prize pot for playoff winner.
Or should we start gathering money for clanner league ?

Bigger reward encourages to fight for #1 spot. Now you have to choose between easier semi-final (#2) and scheme picking advantage in possible final (#1). Someone may be happier with #2 spot and not aim for #1.

Now activity shouldn't play a role in deciding who gets easier way to the final? The system as a whole rewards for activity so why make it "fair" in this little aspect?

Some maps have places where it's like 50% chance to end up in water. So you suggest the player who tries first should lose because he tried first and had bad luck?

Don't you think that would mean more avoiding and activity decrease? Do we have enough players to separate high and low rated players?

Nah. Raising the limits means more games between active players -> more difficult for less active players to get in playoffs. Try to involve less active players instead (an alternative way to playoffs)! The more players, the more games.
