Honestly, most moderators are way too soft. People need to put short deadlines, and if people don't play, just give a free win to the player who made the most effort to play, it's not rocket science.

In fact, most PEOPLE are too soft these days. At least in the western world, people severely lack discipline.

Map type should be tower rope race, and not trick race.

They have a lot of household chores, work, family, business, and various hobbies, and they can't play as much as they used to, but they could still dedicate 1-2 months a year to participating in tournaments. However, there's a big problem here. The tournament organizers are so incompetent that they allocate a significant amount of time for the tournament, which can last from half a year to a year!

They played until the end and were not banned. I see the same thing in other tournaments, such as the Elite House tournament. If players are unable to play each other within the specified deadlines, the organizer should award a technical victory to one of the players.
