Yea, lately I grew some nice muscles on my abdomen with pasta and beer, but something's wrong, I can't tense.. :/ any suggestions? I suspect it's the 12% fat sour cream, maybe I should stick with the 20%.

Btw. I Do Muscle ups , Hutman flag , One Arm pull ups , explosive dips (Almost 180*) Trucked planche and i going to Staddle planche and bent arm.:)

Go fasting for a week (no food but water). You need to desensitize yourself to unhealthy food.
