If so why free is activated without any changes?

For example Super Sheep Race, not played at all on leagues, if we gonna keep it Wascar deserves a spot there too. Not to mention it's more popular, and absence of Big RR will make it more favorable.

If we gonna remove schemes, let's remove obvious ones already, such as; Elemental, CTF, SSR etc.
