I would recommend sending more than 30 seconds worth of replays.  But name the replay so I know exactly when to extract from to get just the action you want.  2 seconds each side is good for me.

It saves me so much time if I can export the footage without opening the replay and checking the time myself.

It also might be hard for you to judge exactly 30 seconds.  I edit replays very tightly so there's no room either side.  You might misjudge it.

Send more than you think you'll need unless you have a very specific idea of how you want your showcase to look.
