Using the same maps for each game may have worked when there was more active 'pro' darters around, but now that the scheme is pretty much dead I would rather focus more on the fun element in order to bring new players into the game. If that means the competition level drops for a while then so be it. But honestly, darts died out because you were always pushing into becoming some kind of elitist 'pro sport' type of game. The gap in skill level between the pros and the noobs became too big, and the fun dried up for both. I know this is true in many schemes, but in our case the player pool is simply too small for it work.
What a ridiculous arguement lol.
For starters, when Darts started and there were hardly any players we used the same 3 maps(the only ones that existed) and everyone was happy, your arguement here is bullsh*t.
Darts died because people like you are f**king impossible to satisfy, always moaning about sh*t and then not putting in the effort that people like me do, you could never make up your minds or just stick to a f**king decision.
Who gives a f**k about the skill gap? That's their problem, the skill gap in almost every scheme is huge between noobs and pros, if you like something you'll get better.
A new player will have a better chance of beating a pro on random maps, because pros will practice and the new players probably won't. You see this as a good thing, I don't. I would rather have a more open and fun competition that will generate more interest in the scheme.
Oh I see, so you're the kind of sissy that wants everyone to be a winner lol
That's life, that's how competition works, the people who put in the effort SHOULD be rewarded with success, you are a complete idiot if you want to reward people who suck.
I bet you always won the wooden spoon at school lol.
I know you want to be thought of as the best player around because you are a highly ego-driven person (which is also why you have to claim victory in every argument you are involved in), and you will probably practice these maps for hours until no one can beat you. I think your arguments here are purely selfish and not in the best interests of the scheme, or its long-term popularity.
Ok, this is YOUR ego here not mine, like everyone else who doesn't stand out, you are the one that's butthurt, not me.
I get so passionate about some things it's natural for me to excel because the fire burns inside me, I don't practise things to get good and win, I get good and win because I love doing it, and enjoy that. I've had to deal with people like you my whole life lol, and i've seen other people have to deal with people like you too, the average guy who isn't passionate enough about anything.
Darts would be nothing without me, my pure love and passion for the game made it what it is, always seeking ways to improve it, being creative and using my imagination, working hard, unlike people like you which f**king killed it with your "let's all sit in the garden and pick daisys" attitude and general f**king laziness.
You think i'm lying? Go learn your f**king statistics and history before speaking bullsh*t, everytime I quit dS/stopped playing Darts died(fact) because I was the one who put most of the effort in, Hurz is the only one who put any effort in too, but it was too much for him alone, he needed help and NO ONE gave him it, so who is really selfish??
All you done the entire time was moan and whine about things could be better but when you had the chance you done nothing! I quit and didn't show my face for like half a year, did you do anything to make the scheme better? NO YOU F**KING DIDN'T! So don't blame other people for your lack of creativity/passion.
