ok.. it went good!! the prosecutor wanted me to serve 1year jail time.. the judge dropped it to 60 days jail time... and i requested to not go into jail until after x-mas, because its my nieces first x-mas, and i also have nephew and godchildren   he accepted.. so i will serve 60 days starting in January!! went much better then i expected.. im happy.

its just a long story, and tbh.. its all really silly.... the little silly things i have done does not warrent jail time in my HONEST opinion, and everyone in real life who i tell about this ordeal, they say "awww, dont worry, u wont be going to jail dude, i have heard of much worse shit with no jail time" lololollol... and i say "yeah but my lawyer seems to think im gonna serve some time" and they respond with a "nah, no way" hahaha..  and i dont blame them, the shit i done is just so petty...

but the fact is i am going... 60 days with nothing but bad food, uniforms ordering me around, and n@#!!!s wanting to steal any little thing i own... cant freaking wait!


edit: i did not really think about it until now... but i hope they dont put me in, inbetween xmas and new years.. omg would that f@#!ing suck! lol

hopefully the judge takes a vacation from x-mas until after new years
