Just a tip: make a separate thread for each matchday. Then this thread doesn't get huge and it's easy to find what you are looking for. Finished and not yet started threads can be locked so that also gives you a good overview.

@Ray (and followers); not the right place to talk about suggestions. Besides I dont wanna change it and prefer one topic for all matchdays. Too much fuzz making all week a  new topic right at the deadline. We didnt have any problem last year with same system. Just focus on your games, you are not a moderator. I am available most weekday evenings (although I wouldn't prefer weekdays) and pretty much all weekend. On weekend we usually have rehearsals with the band, but nothing is written in stone until like Friday, so in case we've got a date before that, I'm considering myself available all through Saturday and Sunday.

If your 100% sure you can play on Saturday we can agree on that date but Sunday I can't.

Weekdays will work for me also anything like 17GMT onwards is nice, on Saturday also.
