lol? of course it matter, if u get a program that make u not fail ur mine drops, its cheating.
if u use a programe to change ur keys, it dnt realy mattr.

How do you want to find out if some1 is using a program Dub-C? I think theres been many discussions about that in the past anyway, regarding Anubis and others...
