util probabilities can only be changed with kaosmod, which used to be in rubberworm, but now is in the extended scheme settings. even then, it's not perfect, as you are forced to specific sets of odds

keep in mind that the five utils in the weapon panel aren't the only utils, as explained in the scheme setting description

quantity of weapons in a crate - no, afaik that is a highly requested feature... it is in Hedgewars afaik
fine-tune how weapons behave - besides power settings and maybe some 3.8 stuff, there's nothing. Unfortunately this is not Worms 2's weapon editor ;w;

it's a very delicate balancing act, cuz as soon as you touch something, then something stupid is about to happen... kinda like trying to change counter-strike's mechanics

hey, found another problem - apparently i cant set mole bomb's power? its stuck at 1, even if i try to change it to something else
also, who renamed this scheme? this used to be called "The Ultimate Wormage"

EDIT: apparently dragon ball, mine, and mole bomb were power 1 for some reason, after i wrote that initially its fixed now...? ergh idk
EDIT2: MI hmu on Discord DMs, apparently i found a bug related to forking schemes and its fixed now

first off, its worth mentioning that my persona has never been visualized, ever
at this point, id rather give a lot of my own sketches and thoughts separately, and try to communicate this in real-time to avoid bloating this thread with just trying to nail down my own character
