Does it count if I join Intermediate or Big RR like once in a week?
Quote from: Anubis on October 11, 2019, 12:52 PMI received couple of your messages on snooper, and I was about to reply but then suddenly whoosh you were gone. I hope that didn't set you off too soon. I hope to see you again, but if not, it is fine. I won't stop playing just because someone stopped though.
Sporadically I play online, I tried connecting with ZaR but whenever I messaged them they didn't respond or were playing, the exception was Kradie who I managed to play with a couple of times and he's fun to play with, unfortunaly the community is way smaller for organized play and just playing random with strangers was never that fun for me. After like 2 weeks I stopped trying. Last I played was 22.07.2019 according to Steam.
Quote from: skunk3 on October 10, 2019, 11:57 PMAs longest as one panders to old school players and players with high TUS ranking, won't be able to find any activities on Worms Armageddon. But if one is to ignore this, WA is blooming, and no, not just for Russians and mole players. Some of my ZaR games can manage to accumulate up to 6 participants. This sort of activity can last from 17.00 to 00.00 my time. Game is pretty baren around morning and noon for me. Again, if you are looking for old famous people, you won't find much of them, WA have moved on without them. So it is better for you to make new contacts, instead of blaming the lack of activity.
I've been jumping onto Wormnet from time to time these past few weeks and I've barely seen ANYONE online. Last night there were 17 people in AG *including* bots and snoopers. I haven't seen many old school names on in a really long time. Does anyone actually still play W:A anymore?

The list of update changes alone should tell you that the developers have done their job. The stalling is coming from somewhere else.
Quote from: CyberShadow on May 21, 2019, 05:02 PM
Usually in video game companies, developers are completely forbidden from talking with anyone outside of the company about anything, and all communication needs to be done by assigned and properly trained spokespersons ("community managers"). All information then usually flows in only one direction - out of the company and only on strictly defined schedules, and players have no choice but to sit and wait until the next PR announcement happens on the company's whim. But, this is not the situation that we are in. Our agreements with Team17 do restrict us in what we can do in many ways, but our duty remains primarily to the community. Or, at least, that's how I feel anyway.

The length a man would go just to save his pornography collection is flabbergasting.
Use Firefox with these addons: ublock origin, privacy badger, decentraleyes, canvas defender, HTTPS everywhere, and noscript security suite. You could also get ProtonVPN and enable Secure Core. Although secure core will cost you. Also you could purchase antivirus such as ESET NOD 32 Internet Security Suite, and Malwarebytes. With all of these, you should be fairly protected.
All of that shit to be protected when using (((Windows))) XD
Just get some Linux distro and you are fine.

I guess Disney films are considered classic stories, Shakespeare plays are always relived and reenacted, just like old songs by Elvis, The Beatles, James Brown, Michael Jackson etc are all classics and constantly covered & remixed, told in a new, fresh way, same story but apply modern creative and artistic methods. And it's a way for new upcoming actors and actresses to showcase their talent and be part of stories they loved in their childhood.
Personally speaking, I don't like any Disney remake, but I was a huge fan of Disney growing up, I loved me some Disney as a kid.

You don't give the green light around here.
You're right. I'm only here to give red lights to decrease annoyance level.

IF you don't like my polls, and topics, simply avoid them.
Quote from: TheKomodo on September 11, 2019, 11:33 PMFor a long period of time, there have been people in pursuit on some of the topics I make, giving nothing worth of contribution to it. At least there are people here that are capable of replying with decent enough intelligence to contribute. That's something I do appreciate.
You don't have to comment negative remarks every time someone opens a new thread saying something you don't agree with, but you do...

Don't have to make a poll every time you open a thread.
For example, this particular poll is one of the worst I've seen.
Quote from: STRGRN on September 11, 2019, 03:39 PMIndeed, just look at the third act of Avengers Endgame, where Captain Marvel have her whole LGBTQ behind her, representation and diversity. She just messes up all the enemies with ease, she even overpowers Thanos so that he is forced to use one infinity stone against her. Good thing I am done with the MCU now.
I miss the old days where movies were more like a form of art, something that people made because they loved making them, instead of what we have today: commercial and political trash that's all about who uses the most impressive cgi
QuoteTron remake was good. Just because whole movie is about special effects.Tron was a CGI fest, and acceptable at best. People will continue to throw money where Nostalgia is being advertised. It is a greedy business practice. I want something original.
Probably not many good remakes out there. That should be forbidden and ppl should stop supportting them with money for cinema tickets. Otherwise they'll just continue to release same cgi crap over and over.. Look at Jumanji.
