found this thread randomly, watched the video, downloaded and played the game, it aint no WA, but isnt too bad, roping sucks though!

You can download the game and then watch demos from the site I think. It's like replays I suppose.

In worms momentum is cumulative. In hedgewars momentum is conservative.

There is a push feet against ground to gain physically wrong momentum. In worms that doesn't exist.

You can slide long distances because the friction is very low.

You can change aim direction in mid air, you can't do that in worms.

I think that is the reason for 1 shoppa : 20 highlander ratio that you see in hedgewars.

Game still seems to be in early stage, latest version 0.9.23, i played it and it needs more development, not enough weapons, too many soundbank voices disabled and AI is probably dumber than Worms, even when CPU level set to 5 :/

Altho when CPU set to level 5 it's just a little bit dumber than the same in Armageddon so it doesnt really bother me, and i like to play together with a CPU against another CPU, not sure if this exists in Worms games
Nevertheless, Worms 2 & Armageddon are still million times better, but i can have fun with both HW and originals

Not just Hedgewars stole the concept from Worms series, they even stole Sonic The Hedgehog sprites for their Hat and Flag remakes. Same with Nintendo's Mario being stolen by just a bunch of punks, which DON'T MIND ABOUT ANY COPYRIGHTS. Even my story mods have a credit (Based on Team17 Source). But they? NOWHERE TO BE SEEN.
